Tech Support Lead

We are looking for an experienced technical support lead to build our support operation and define our multi site support escalation strategy. Working in the core team of a fast growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to impact our next generation cloud platform for accessing applications, by creating value for our customers and increasing customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a leader who embodies customer obsession and empathy. Someone who is adept at getting to the root of the issue, regardless of where the code base resides, a problem-solver, strong collaborator and risk-taker that embraces challenges.

About you

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing product support role
  • You are a methodical problem solver and you know when to escalate an issue or ask for help
  • You have strong network troubleshooting background
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Linux OS and Networking infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, Network Protocols, Routing)
  • Multi-tasker that handles stress with ease, without getting flustered
  • Document and share knowledge to improve team performance and customer self-service
  • Welcomes and adapts to change in a swiftly paced workplace
  • Nice to have: previous leadership experience
